Job Description

Masimo is looking for interns in our fast-paced IT department. This position will perform troubleshooting, desktop and remote support for end-users in a large scale client/server environment. Assist onsite and remote employees with their computer and software issues with Windows and Mac. Work on support tickets to repair and troubleshoot issues with desktop /laptops, printers, and mobile phones. Imaging computers and desktop/laptop setup. Document resolution and follow up with trouble tickets. Help purchase and manage hardware and software inventory.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT/IS or related field

  • Strong Windows operating system and mobile devices experience
