  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the Open Learning division in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the institution.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the Open Learning division, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision making and drive business growth.
  4. Oversee the financial management of online courses, programs, and initiatives, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the Open Learning division.
  7. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and financial institutions to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  9. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and board members.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and divisions within the institution to support cross-functional initiatives and promote financial transparency and accountability.
  11. Represent the Open Learning division to external stakeholders, including investors, donors, and media outlets.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusivity within the finance team and across the institution.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Non-Profit Setting.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Financial Professionals.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Budgeting, Financial Planning, And Forecasting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Experience With Financial Audits.
