- Ensure accuracy and reliability of all data used by the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Develop and implement data quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct data audits and perform root cause analysis to identify and address data discrepancies.
- Proactively identify potential data integrity issues and recommend solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data integrity.
- Train and educate team members on data management best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to explain data quality issues and provide updates on data integrity initiatives.
- Participate in data governance meetings and provide insights to improve data management processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is properly stored, backed up, and accessible.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Continuously improve data management processes and procedures to enhance data integrity.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on data integrity related tasks.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and data structure.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Data Integrity Roles.
Familiarity With Data Quality And Governance Frameworks, Such As Iso 8000 Or Dama Dmbok.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Quality Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data Integrity Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
