  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the FAST program, including project timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of the FAST program, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of current financial accounting systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  5. Utilize your deep understanding of financial accounting systems to guide the design, development, and implementation of new systems and processes.
  6. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for the FAST program.
  8. Stay current on industry and technological trends related to financial accounting systems to inform program decisions and drive innovation.
  9. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members and other departments on financial accounting systems and program management best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On Financial Accounting Systems Transformation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance And Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Standards.

  • Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Drive Change Within The Organization.
