Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Statutory Accounting Principles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders.
