- Act as a subject matter expert on the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with financial advisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to financial advisors on the company's products and services.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with financial advisors to showcase the company's offerings and educate them on how to best serve their clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all activities are in accordance with guidelines.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's wealth management division.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to assist in the development of new products and services.
- Travel within the assigned region to meet with financial advisors and attend industry events and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress to management.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Strong Knowledge Of Wealth Management Products And Services: A Regional External Wholesaler At Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Wealth Management Products And Services Offered By The Company. This Includes Mutual Funds, Annuities, And Life Insurance Policies.
Proven Sales Experience: The Role Of A Regional External Wholesaler Is Primarily Sales-Driven, So It Is Essential For Candidates To Have A Strong Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. Previous Experience In A Sales Role Within The Financial Services Industry Is Highly Desirable.
