  1. Lead SAP system and process enhancement initiatives to support the company's digital transformation goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, business processes, and technology trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the SAP platform.
  4. Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs and optimize system performance.
  5. Conduct system testing and provide support during user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors related to SAP.
  7. Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and user guides.

  9. Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated SAP functionalities.
  10. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  11. Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, releases, and advancements to identify potential opportunities for the company.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by actively participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
