- Lead SAP system and process enhancement initiatives to support the company's digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, business processes, and technology trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the SAP platform.
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs and optimize system performance.
- Conduct system testing and provide support during user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors related to SAP.
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and user guides.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to identify and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance the SAP platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated SAP functionalities.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, releases, and advancements to identify potential opportunities for the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Adhere to project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst, Preferably In A Sap Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Modules, Such As Finance, Human Resources, Or Supply Chain.
