1. Create and maintain the brand's visual aesthetic through styling and merchandising.
2. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into the brand's image.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute photo shoots and styling for promotional material.
4. Work closely with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that aligns with the brand's aesthetic.
5. Build and maintain relationships with designers, brands, and other fashion industry professionals.
6. Develop and implement creative styling techniques to showcase the brand's products in a visually appealing way.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by offering fashion advice and styling tips to clients.
8. Organize and maintain the store's visual displays to attract and engage customers.
9. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
10. Train and educate store staff on current fashion trends and styling techniques.
11. Attend fashion events and conduct market research to stay informed on industry developments.
12. Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
