  1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the company's transformational initiatives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess the impact of change on various business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  3. Create and execute communication plans to effectively communicate the rationale, objectives, and benefits of the changes to employees at all levels.
  4. Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals to support the implementation and execution of change initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to align change management efforts with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  8. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and provide guidance and support to project teams.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Change Management: A Successful Change Management Director At Mastercard Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Change Management Initiatives, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Change Management Strategies, As Well As Managing The People, Processes, And Technology Involved In Change.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Change Management Director, The Ability To Lead And Influence Others Is Crucial. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Change: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Change Initiatives Within Complex And Dynamic Environments. This Includes Experience In Managing Change At Both The Individual And Organizational Level, And The Ability To Anticipate And Mitigate Potential Risks And Challenges.

  • Knowledge Of Change Management Methodologies: A Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies Is Essential For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Utilizing Various Change Management Frameworks And Tools, Such As Adkar, Prosci, Or Kotter's 8-Step Process, To Drive Successful Change.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: A Change Management Director At Mastercard Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically. This Includes The Ability To Understand The Impact Of Change On The Organization's Operations And Bottom Line, And To Develop Change Management Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Objectives And Goals.
