
Customer Experience and Engagement - Analyst
We are looking for an experienced, analytical and creative Customer Experience and Engagement Analyst to join the Mastercard team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs, customer engagement strategies, and data analytics tools. They will use their analytical and creative skills to develop, implement and optimize customer engagement activities and campaigns.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is a self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in customer experience, customer engagement, or marketing.
