Job Description

The Customer Intelligence Data Strategy and Enablement team is responsible for designing and surfacing critical customer interaction data to our internal and external stakeholders. Solicit and document key business requirements for technical deployment. Create supporting documentation such as ERDs, data dictionaries, and project checklists. Write and distribute status reports to stakeholders to communicate progress on projects involving internal and external parties. Assist with planning releases for data model updates, dashboards, and report versions. Ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. Scale agile/lean practices with huddle and office hour culture. Develop relationships with cross-functional teams across product, legal, and engineering to execute projects. Participate in concept design and new technology incubation. Lead efforts for our next generation of data storage, ETL, and other data related processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple ETL technologies (such as Alteryx, SSIS, Glue, others)

  • Strong SQL skills (5+ years SQL writing ad hoc queries, SPs, etc)

  • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

  • Experience with developing and improving/automating internal processes

  • Adept at “knowing the audience” and conveying narrative to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
