Job Description

Are you an experienced and driven Account Management professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Director, Account Management at Mastercard to lead and develop our account management team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives, optimizing customer service and satisfaction, and delivering on customer growth and retention goals. You’ll be a key leader in our organization, working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure we meet our customer needs.To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:• A minimum of 7-10 years of account management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role• Proven experience in customer relationship building and management• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and effectively manage customer accounts• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is requiredIf you’re looking to join a world-class organization and take on a meaningful leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.
