Director, Mergers & Acquisitions

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and value through mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic partnerships.We are looking for a candidate who is an innovative problem-solver and has a track record of successful M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. We seek someone who takes initiative, is passionate, and can think strategically to develop and execute M&A deals that will drive our organization forward.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in M&A, preferably within the payments or financial services industry. An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not required. In addition to a strong technical background, the candidate should have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and be agile and flexible in the face of rapidly changing markets and technologies.
