
Manager, Capacity & Operations - Global Talent Acquisition

This role will be responsible for managing the capacity and operations of our global talent acquisition function, ensuring we have the right resources and processes in place to attract top talent and support our growing business. - Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the capacity and operations of the global talent acquisition function.
- Create and maintain a budget for the talent acquisition team, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure talent acquisition initiatives align with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on talent acquisition capacity and operations, and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Talent Acquisition, With A Focus On Capacity And Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team And Foster A Collaborative Work Environment.
