8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the recruitment process.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies and processes.
10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on talent acquisition capacity and operations, and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
