Job Description

The Manager, Global Research & Insights will act as a strategic partner to our global product development and product marketing teams, providing insight-driven thought leadership to drive strategy and innovation. Develop research plan based on identifying key business questions and knowledge gaps. Source and synthesize information and data points, and translate them into actionable insights and business recommendations. Source and execute complex primary research projects with collaboration of research partners in order to address business questions. Manage research agencies to successful and timely project delivery, managing within budget. Analyze consumer and market trends to understand key perceptions, motivations and drivers of consumer/customer/market dynamics.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree preferred

  • Experience in strategic insights/planning role

  • Experience in payments/financial industry a plus but not required

  • A deep understanding of how to turn insights into action and impact the commercial agenda

  • Extensive experience working with internal colleagues across functions and job families

Compensation
