- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes using CPQ systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards for senior leadership to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on CPQ systems and provide training and support to sales teams.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with CPQ systems and work with technical teams to resolve them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations and CPQ systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of sales processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure CPQ systems are integrated with other sales tools and systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with sales processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes and CPQ system usage.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to sales operations.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments, such as finance and product, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior sales operations analysts on best practices and CPQ system usage.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cpq (Configure, Price, Quote) Systems.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Strategic Business Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
