Job Description

The Vice President of Learning & Development at Mastercard is an exciting and challenging position that requires a unique combination of education, experience, and leadership. This position is responsible for driving the development of learning and development strategies and initiatives that align with and support the organization's strategic goals. The VP of Learning & Development must be a creative, innovative, and forward-thinking leader, who is engaged and passionate about learning and development solutions.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the field of Learning & Development, preferably in the Technology, Financial Services, or Entertainment industries. The Vice President must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of the current learning and development landscape and the ability to create solutions that utilize technology and other resources to effectively drive learning and development initiatives. The VP of Learning & Development must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to effectively translate business objectives into actionable plans.
