
Vice President, Learning & Development
As a key leader within Mastercard's Human Resources team, the Vice President of Learning & Development will be responsible for driving the development of a global learning and development strategy that will support the growth and development of our organization. This individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions to ensure our employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to further Mastercard's mission. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
