Job Description

As a key leader within Mastercard's Human Resources team, the Vice President of Learning & Development will be responsible for driving the development of a global learning and development strategy that will support the growth and development of our organization. This individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions to ensure our employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to further Mastercard's mission. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a passion for creating and advancing innovative learning solutions, and a track record of success in developing, managing, and delivering enterprise-wide training initiatives. This individual should be a creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, an ability to effectively manage and prioritize complex projects, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They should be able to build relationships across the organization and work well with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful outcomes.
