  1. Lead and manage the technology hub, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to support the company's digital payment initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the technology hub's capabilities and drive innovation in digital payment solutions.
  3. Manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to promote growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive successful outcomes.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to promote collaboration and support for technology initiatives.
  7. Oversee project management and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
  8. Monitor and track the technology hub's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the technology hub to drive efficiency and productivity.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to promote growth and innovation.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's technology capabilities and thought leadership.

  • Extensive Experience In Technology: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Technology Industry, With A Strong Background In Leading And Managing Large Technology Teams.
