Job Description

Max Mara is looking for an experienced Operations Support to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service. As a member of our Operations Support team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative activities related to customer service and product support. We are looking for an individual who is organized, has strong problem-solving abilities, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or operations support role. In addition, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer literacy.
