  1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other accounting tasks.
  2. Reconcile financial statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coding and recording of financial transactions.
  4. Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are within budget and following proper procedures.
  5. Prepare and submit financial reports as needed for management and external audits.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in accounting and financial management.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  10. Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
  11. Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mayo Clinic and our mission.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Financial Management.

  • Proficient In Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Financial Data Analysis.
