- Conduct and coordinate clinical research studies according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of research protocols, including data collection and analysis.
- Maintain accurate and complete study records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth execution of research studies.
- Recruit and screen potential study participants, ensuring that they meet eligibility criteria.
- Educate study participants on the study procedures and obtain informed consent.
- Administer study interventions and collect and process biological samples as needed.
- Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations to the appropriate parties.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines, including HIPAA and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Attend and actively participate in research team meetings and trainings.
- Stay current on developments and advancements in the field of clinical research.
- Maintain and organize study supplies and equipment.
- Assist with data entry, cleaning, and analysis.
- Communicate regularly with study sponsors and other stakeholders.
- Uphold the values and mission of Mayo Clinic while representing the organization in a professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.
At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In A Coordinator Role.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Familiarity With Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Experience With Regulatory Compliance In Clinical Research.
