
Audiology Assistant

- Provide support to audiologists in all aspects of patient care, including scheduling appointments, conducting screenings, and assisting with hearing aid fittings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion while interacting with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with audiologists to ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and assist with troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Assist with ordering and stocking of supplies and materials as needed.
- Act as a liaison between patients and audiologists, relaying important information and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to educate patients on audiology procedures and assist with answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth to enhance knowledge and skills in audiology.
