11. Act as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
12. Represent the nursing department in meetings and committees within the organization.
13. Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and other departments within the organization.
14. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
