- Coordinate with the Education department to gather and organize materials for educational initiatives.
- Review and edit educational materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of educational projects.
- Maintain and update databases and files related to educational materials.
- Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the credibility of educational content.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of educational resources, including print and digital materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the quality of educational materials.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare education.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, English, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Strong Writing, Editing, And Proofreading Skills.
Knowledge Of Ap Style And Experience With Medical Or Scientific Writing.
Familiarity With Educational Publishing Processes And Standards.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
