Legal Counsel - Commercial Transactions Attorney

Seeking an experienced Commercial Transactions Attorney to join the legal team at Mayo Clinic as Legal Counsel. In this role, the Commercial Transactions Attorney will provide legal advice and guidance related to complex commercial transactions.We are looking for an individual who has a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment related to commercial contracts and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of a state bar. The successful candidate will also have at least five years of experience in legal practice, preferably in a healthcare setting. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff.
