- Oversee the daily operations of the ambulatory nursing department to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and work to continuously improve the patient experience.
- Develop and manage the department budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure staff adherence to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to promote professional growth and development.
- Stay current with advancements in healthcare and implement new strategies and technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a role model for our core values and foster a culture of compassion, integrity, respect, and excellence within the department.
- Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other managers and leaders within the organization to promote a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

- Keep accurate records and generate reports to track departmental metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend meetings and represent the department in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ambulatory Nursing, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Clinical Knowledge And Understanding Of Ambulatory Care Practices And Procedures.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team, Handle Conflict Resolution, And Make Strategic Decisions.
