  1. Oversee the daily operations of the ambulatory nursing department to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  2. Manage and lead a team of nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote interdisciplinary teamwork.
  5. Monitor patient satisfaction and work to continuously improve the patient experience.
  6. Develop and manage the department budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Ensure staff adherence to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  8. Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to promote professional growth and development.
  9. Stay current with advancements in healthcare and implement new strategies and technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  10. Serve as a role model for our core values and foster a culture of compassion, integrity, respect, and excellence within the department.
  11. Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Collaborate with other managers and leaders within the organization to promote a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
  14. Keep accurate records and generate reports to track departmental metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Attend meetings and represent the department in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ambulatory Nursing, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Clinical Knowledge And Understanding Of Ambulatory Care Practices And Procedures.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team, Handle Conflict Resolution, And Make Strategic Decisions.
