  13. Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making.
  14. Collaborate with other Nephrologists and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  15. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Nephrology: Candidates Must Be Board-Certified In Nephrology By The American Board Of Internal Medicine (Abim) Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Internal Medicine (Aobim).

  • Medical Degree And Residency Training: Candidates Must Have Completed A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution And Have Completed A Residency Program In Internal Medicine.

  • Fellowship Training In Nephrology: Candidates Must Have Successfully Completed A Fellowship Program In Nephrology From An Accredited Institution.

  • Valid State Medical License: Candidates Must Have A Valid And Unrestricted Medical License To Practice In The State Where The Mayo Clinic Is Located.

  • Strong Clinical Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Nephrology, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Setting. Experience In Managing Complex Patients, Performing Dialysis Procedures, And Conducting Research In Nephrology Is Highly Desirable.
