- Assist patients with check-in and registration procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Escort patients to their designated rooms or treatment areas, providing support and comfort as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to gather and relay important information.
- Assist with basic patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and providing basic first aid.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay at Mayo Clinic.
- Assist with patient transport and movement as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
