Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Medical Assisting.
Certification Or Licensure In A Specialized Area, Such As Oncology Or Cardiology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Specialty Area.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
