9. Stay up-to-date with all security protocols and procedures, and make suggestions for improvements as needed.
10. Assist with training and educating staff on security procedures and protocols.
11. Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and law enforcement in situations involving violence or other security threats.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Manager.
