  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy for the organization, in alignment with the overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and healthcare teams, to drive digital transformation and ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to communication.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends in digital communication, and leverage these insights to develop innovative strategies and tactics.
  5. Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  6. Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all digital channels, in line with the organization's brand and values.
  7. Monitor and analyze metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of digital communication efforts and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  8. Serve as a spokesperson and represent the organization in various media and public relations activities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital communication, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team and organization.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the communication team and across the organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Digital Communication Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Digital Communication Strategies That Have Resulted In Increased Engagement, Brand Awareness, And Revenue Growth. They Should Have Experience In Utilizing Various Digital Channels, Such As Social Media, Email, And Website, To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Level Position, The Senior Director Should Have Exceptional Leadership And Management Skills.
