Purchasing Analyst

Develop purchasing policies and strategies in-line with the company objectives and Mazda purchasing global strategies. Secure approval from management on any policy and/or strategy changes. Plan and manage budget. Review and make recommendations to management team for ways to improve inventory levels, procedures and reduce/eliminate slow-moving inventory. Develop and refine processes and procedures (including IT system) in-line with the Mazda purchasing global process/procedures. Improve current quality to meet purchasing operation requirements and company objectives. Develop operation manuals and training plans. Elevate issues to management team as necessary to resolve issues. Set up and maintain inventory records.
