  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and organization of products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate transportation and logistics for product distribution.
  6. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Oversee budget and expenses related to the distribution center, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in distribution center technology to continuously improve processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Or Warehouse Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Operations, Including Inventory Control, Shipping And Receiving, And Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Cost Reduction.
