- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the distribution center.
- Manage and lead a team of distribution center employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and organization of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate transportation and logistics for product distribution.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee budget and expenses related to the distribution center, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in distribution center technology to continuously improve processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Or Warehouse Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Operations, Including Inventory Control, Shipping And Receiving, And Warehouse Management Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Cost Reduction.
