- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives on a global scale to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of HR services and programs across all regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and regional HR teams, to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
- Stay updated on global HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance and expand the company's HR capabilities.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and services and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve and optimize them.
- Manage the HR budget and allocate resources effectively to support the company's HR needs and priorities.
- Drive a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company's HR practices and policies.
- Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department and across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Global Hr Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Global Hr Policies And Procedures.
Strong Understanding Of International Labor Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Cultures.
