IT Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Provide detailed IT support to the company's internal and external systems
2. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, as needed
3. Monitor and analyze system performance, looking for areas of improvement
4. Monitor system backups and ensure data integrity
5. Assist with the coordination of IT projects
6. Perform research and analysis of IT-related topics
7. Create detailed documentation of IT processes and procedures
8. Assist with user training and technical support
9. Manage user accounts and access control
10. Develop and maintain IT security policies and procedures
11. Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks
12. Assist with the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software
