Job Description

As a Process Engineer at McCormick & Company, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing processes and related operations. You will be expected to analyze processes, create solutions, and optimize processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver with strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.We are looking for a Process Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, process automation, and project management. Knowledge of cad/cam software, statistical process control, and root cause analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and related operations.
  2. Analyze processes, create solutions, and optimize processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Plan and organize projects, as well as collaborate and communicate with other departments and teams.
  4. Utilize Lean Six Sigma, process automation, and project management techniques.
  5. Utilize cad/cam software, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
  6. Monitor and maintain process performance and efficiency levels.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
  8. Prepare technical reports and documents.
  9. Research and recommend new technologies and approaches.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
