Trade Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute trade compliance strategies in accordance with global trade regulations and export compliance.
2. Monitor and update company regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Analyze complex situations related to international trade and develop effective solutions.
4. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
5. Prepare and file necessary documents for export and import transactions.
6. Remain abreast of changes in international trade laws and regulations.
7. Maintain records of all trade transactions and ensure accuracy of information.
8. Provide support to other departments regarding trade compliance issues.
9. Facilitate communication and cooperation between McCormick & Company’s legal, compliance, and trade departments.
10. Investigate and resolve any potential trade compliance issues.
