Job Description

McDonald's Corporation is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Consumer Insight Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and analyzing data to develop insights that will inform and influence our marketing strategies. This role will require an analytical mindset and an ability to interpret and communicate complex information in a concise and meaningful way.The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the motivations of our customers and producing actionable insights that will drive our marketing and product decisions. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of customer behavior and a keen eye for identifying key trends and insights. You must also have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; experience working in a consumer insights role; a strong working knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques; and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer data and develop insights that will inform and influence our marketing strategies.
  2. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify key trends and insights.
  3. Monitor customer behavior and develop actionable insights that will drive our marketing and product decisions.
  4. Produce concise and meaningful reports to communicate complex information.
  5. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Prepare presentations and other materials to share insights with key decision-makers.
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external data sources.
  9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  10. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
