
Consumer Insights Specialist
McDonald's Corporation is seeking an experienced Consumer Insights Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about understanding consumer behavior and have a keen eye for interpreting data. The Consumer Insights Specialist will play a key role in helping to shape the future of the McDonald’s customer experience.The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in market research and consumer insights. Candidates should have a deep understanding of research methodologies, survey design, and data analysis. The successful candidate must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for an individual who is eager to make an impact and help McDonald’s continue to be an industry leader in understanding our customers. Responsibilities of the Consumer Insights Specialist:
-Analyze customer behavior through market research and survey data
-Develop research methodologies and survey design to better understand consumer needs
-Evaluate customer feedback and use data to make informed decisions
-Develop and implement consumer insights strategies and plans to help shape the customer experience
-Develop reports and presentations on consumer trends and insights
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs and feedback are addressed
-Collaborate with external vendors and consultants on research projects
-Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to consumer insights
