Deployment Consultant (Restaurant Operations)

- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of restaurant operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in operational processes
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Train and mentor restaurant managers and staff on new operational procedures and best practices
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of operational changes
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of operational strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate restaurant operations
- Travel to various restaurant locations to provide on-site support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver training materials and programs related to operational procedures and strategies.
Extensive Knowledge Of Mcdonald's Restaurant Operations And Procedures.
Proven Experience In Managing Large-Scale Deployment Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
