- Conduct regular visits to McDonald's franchise locations to assess business operations and provide support and guidance to franchisees.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and drive business growth.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for increasing profitability.
- Train and develop franchisees and their teams on McDonald's operating standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office, providing updates on market trends and customer feedback.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products, services, and initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with franchisees.
- Provide support and guidance during new restaurant openings and ensure all standards are met.
- Foster a positive working relationship with franchisees and their teams, while also maintaining a strong partnership with the corporate office.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all visits, communication, and recommendations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and proactively address any issues or challenges that arise.
Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Or Operational Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Mcdonald's Operations And Procedures, Including Food Preparation, Customer Service, And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Team Members.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Profitability In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Flexibility And Adaptability To Quickly Respond To Changing Business Needs And Implement New Initiatives.
