Finance Manager, Global Business Services
McDonald's Corporation is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join the Global Business Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, ensuring the financial health of GBS and the McDonald’s system. This position requires a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver financial solutions that drive value and support the overall business objectives. This individual must have a proven track record of leading and delivering complex financial projects, a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of McDonald’s finance policies and procedures is preferred, but not required. Lastly, the Finance Manager must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to all levels of the organization.
