- Develop and implement a user-centric design strategy for McDonald's global identity and access management systems.
- Lead a team of engineers responsible for designing and implementing the user experience for these systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the design process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of our identity and access management systems to ensure they are user-friendly and efficient.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the user experience aligns with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design to ensure McDonald's remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage and prioritize projects and deliverables for the team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the user experience is consistent across all systems.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges related to the user experience of our identity and access management systems.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) With A Focus On User Experience Design And Implementation.
Strong Understanding Of Global Identity And Access Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Gdpr And Ccpa.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers And Designers In A Global Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Authentication And Authorization Protocols, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
