  • Oversee and manage labor relations for McDonald's Corporation in all international markets
  • Develop and implement global labor relations strategies and policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all international markets
  • Serve as the main point of contact for labor unions and represent McDonald's Corporation in negotiations
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with employees and labor unions worldwide
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address labor-related issues and concerns
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments in labor relations to advise on best practices
  • Conduct trainings and workshops for employees and management to promote understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze labor relations data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to local teams on labor relations matters
  • Travel to international markets as needed to oversee labor relations processes and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations In Various Countries And Regions.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Labor Negotiations And Maintaining Positive Relationships With Labor Unions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups And Cultures.
