  1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the company's values and goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, leaders, and stakeholders.
  3. Identify and prioritize community initiatives and partnerships that align with the company's values and goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of community programs and events.
  5. Act as a spokesperson for the company in community events and meetings.
  6. Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of community initiatives and partnerships.
  7. Stay up-to-date on community issues and trends in order to inform and guide the company's community engagement efforts.
  8. Manage a budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
  9. Cultivate a positive and inclusive company image within the community.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and community organizations, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Develop and maintain a network of community partners to support ongoing community initiatives.
  12. Lead and inspire a team of community affairs professionals to achieve department goals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to community engagement.
  14. Represent the company at community events, conferences, and other public forums.
  15. Continuously seek out new opportunities for the company to make a positive impact in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Community Affairs Or Corporate Social Responsibility Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Community Relations Principles And Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Initiatives And Teams.
