- Develop and implement data loss prevention strategies and protocols to protect McDonald's and its customers' sensitive information.
- Monitor and analyze data systems and networks for potential vulnerabilities and breaches.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to data security.
- Lead a team of data security professionals to ensure all security measures are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data security.
- Conduct regular training and education for employees on data protection and security protocols.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for any data breaches or attempted breaches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance data security measures.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on data security status and any potential risks or incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data security regulations and standards.
- Continuously assess and improve data security processes and procedures.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and management, regarding data security measures and protocols.
- Foster a culture of data security awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Loss Prevention Operations, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Data Security Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Dlp Tools And Technologies, Such As Symantec Data Loss Prevention Or Mcafee Dlp.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
