  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on a global scale.
  2. Identify and target potential partnerships that align with McDonald's values and goals.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain insights and drive effective decision-making.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, industry leaders, and community members.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of McDonald's business objectives and priorities.
  7. Lead the development and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvement or expansion.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  10. Stay informed of industry best practices and trends to continuously improve stakeholder strategy and partnerships.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on the status and impact of stakeholder strategy and partnerships.

  • Strong Business Acumen: The Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Business Dynamics And Be Able To Identify Potential Partnerships That Align With Mcdonald's Strategic Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Job Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Both Internally And Externally.
