1. Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective processes across all McDonald's restaurants worldwide.
2. Utilize simulation tools and techniques to analyze and optimize processes, identifying areas for improvement and increasing efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
4. Develop and maintain process design standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all restaurants.
5. Train and mentor team members on process design and simulation techniques.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process design and simulation to continuously drive innovation within the organization.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and make adjustments as needed.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
10. Effectively communicate process design strategies and updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
