
Manager, U.S. People Communications
Supporting and executing integrated communications plans to build brand reputation including: owned, earned, social and paid media. Providing communications guidance and expertise to business partners on employment related topics, that is consistent with company values, policies and practices. Running internal approval process for communications materials. Coordinating project management across functions for large-scale brand campaigns. Coordinating with cross-functional partners to address incoming questions from stakeholders. Supporting development of internal and leadership communications materials. Assuming a leadership role with business partners to apply subject-matter expertise to implement short and long-term solutions that balance the needs of employees, the business and corporate reputation. Working collaboratively with Measurement and Insights Team to support monitoring, tracking, and using data to inform response and measure impact of communications work.
Relevant communications experience at an agency, corporation and/or political campaign
Strong executive presence and experience handling high-exposure assignments.
Proven experience counselling senior-level executives and activating communications strategy with c-suite executives.
Thrives in fast-paced environments. Able to work independently with minimal direction.
